Burkay Textile, operating in facilities established on 30.000 sqm, equipped with cutting-edge technology, prepares 4 main collections every year and produces 1 million meters of curtain with their 240 employees.


Re-organized after 2000 following the developments in world’s textile sector, the factory of Burkay Textile in Bursa becomes an R&D center where new designs, collections and marketing projects are prepared. With 300 sales points in Turkey, Burkay Textile’s short-term objective is to have 700 sales points in 2015.

Burkay Textile, exporting 65% of its production, has so far served to companies that are producing their own collections and possessing 10.000-15.000 sales points in the world, which are also known as editor companies. Since the textile manufacturing has moved from west to east, the company has re-organized itself and created Demor brand in 2005, which designs its own collections and presents them directly to consumers as European editor companies do.
